POLICIES
Personalized Kids boxers are designed with our stock graphics or your photo,
digital image and/or text.
Laundry Instructions
Machine Wash boxers with like colors. Hand wash thong do not rub imprint
excessively. Do Not use Bleach or Bleach Alternative
Do not use fabric softener as this will break down the transfer.
Do not machine dry - Iron out any wrinkles using a baking parchment over the
imprint.
Do not launder for at least 72 hours after receipt to give the imprint time to
cure.
Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7
days except during peek season. Please place holiday orders early.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an
identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with
the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is
our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. The better the
photo you send us, the better your imprint will be. Please check shopping
cart carefully for accuracy before submitting as personalized products cannot be
returned or refunded.
Notes: As with all imprinted products, vibrant colors may fade
slightly especially if exposed to direct sunlight.
Red in any material is not color fast. If your item
contains a lot of red, either hand wash or wash on gentle cycle. Do not Ring.
A slight transfer bleeding my occur in the initial laundry process.
Provided the product has been properly laundered the first time, simply
re-launder.
Professional photos are not accepted without photographers release.
