Please follow photo submission guidelines carefully as the better the photo you send the better the imprint will be. Your photo is sublimated onto the charm. This is not a laser or engraving process. Charms tend to have a goldish sepia look after imprinting. One Subject is best for charms. Two subjects may fit on charm if they are close together. Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 7- 14 days except during heavy volume holiday season. Place holiday orders early. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know, do not assume you will receive your order on time because you are within our normal ship time. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier.
