When Ordering personalized pencils with only one imprint, you may order different colored pencils. Minimum order per color - 1 dz or order a an Assortment
Feminine Assortment-mix of pinks, purples & light colors at the factories discretion
Masculine Assortment- mix of blues, reds and dark colors at the factories discretion
Pastel Assortment - Soft blues, pinks, yellow, green
Neon Assortment - Assorted Neon colors 

Imprint color cannot be assorted.

Imprint maximum 25 characters and spaces
 (Note, only upper case letters are used)
Special Characters allowed are @ - /  ( ) ? & #		 Minimum 1 Dz per Imprint

Different foils work better with different pencil colors it is recommended that you choose designers choice, however, it is your choice. Foil colors available are listed here.  
  DO NOT choose Black or Blue foil for Masculine or Dark colored pencils, it will not show up!

PRODUCT POLICIES

Personalized Pencils are painted #2 Hex made from California cedar. They are not Imported.
Foil is the color of the imprint not the pencil.  Setup and Mounting time does not allow for imprint color to be assorted or changed within the dozen. 

Turn-Around Time: Personalized Pencils normally ships in 3-4 weeks except during heavy volume season (Back to School, Holidays, Teacher Appreciation Week.)  If you need your pencils by a certain date, please notify us.  

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased.  Please check shopping cart carefully for accuracy before submitting as personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

Notes: Teacher, Educational, discounts will be deducted after your order has been placed.
Freight may be calculated incorrectly for orders of more than 6dz 
For Larger Orders,  Shipping and Handling charges will be adjusted after the order is placed.
