POLICIES Baseball Dolls are handcrafted and painted in the USA of all Cotton material. Machine Wash OK but hand wash is recommended. Air dry only. Turn-Around Time: Normally ships direct from crafter in 14-21 days except during heavy volume seasons, Baseball Season, Holidays, etc. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded. Notes: Hand Wash in cold water. NEVER use bleach or liquid fabric softeners, as these products will eventually break down the imprint. As with all imprinted products vibrant colors may fade slightly.
