For State Plates, Top and Bottom are usually standard, you can however
change the bottom.
On non - state plates, you may choose a bottom and top text if you like
unless it is a pre-designed sports plate or something like that.
Additional text is not recommended on busy plates like Karlyn, Bats, Golf
Pro etc!
