PRODUCT POLICIES

Personalized Coasters are Designed with your photo, logo or artwork to be used.
They are made with a white polyester top and rubber bottom for non stick.  A sublimation Print Process is used to transfer your image on to the coaster. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge.

Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 days except during heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc.

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Again, the better the graphic you send us, the better the imprint. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded.

Notes: Spot Clean with a small amount of dishwashing liquid on a damp cloth. Allow to dry.
