Diaper Bags are embroidered with your choice of monogram style and thread color.  Monogram styles are standard and cannot be changed.

Turn-Around Time: Normal Estimated Production time in 5-7 business days.  Holiday and Heavy Volume Season may extend processing time. Package Travel Time is additional and dependant on your location and the shipping method you choose.  This item may ship direct from embroiderer, additional charges may be necessary for rush processing.  Please place event dated orders early.  If you need your item  by a certain event date please be sure to let us know. Once this order is placed, it goes directly into process with the embroiderer, it is not subject to cancellation. Please check your shopping cart carefully and ask any question you may have prior to completing your order.

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded.
