7-14days production time before shipping. (except during
holiday / Wedding season when frames are in high demand
and production time might be extended) please place holiday
or occasion dated orders early. Usually ships direct from
mfg. Once your order is placed it is immediately put
into processing with the mfg. Orders cannot be cancelled or
changed. Please ensure accuracy before finalizing your
purchase.
Guarantee - Any item damaged in shipping can be
replaced with the same item/personalization, however, a
claim must be made with the freight carrier first. We must
be notified within 24 hours of your receipt of any damage.
