POLICIES Turn-Around Time: Laundry Bags normally ships in 3-5 days except during heavy volume (holiday, back to school etc) seasons when production time may be delayed, if you need your laundry bag by a certain date, please let us know so we can ensure timely delivery. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Again, the better the graphic you send us, the better the imprint. Notes: Please wait 72 hours for the personalization to cure before washing. Machine Wash in cold water. NEVER use bleach or liquid fabric softeners, as these products will eventually break down the imprint. As with all imprinted products vibrant colors may fade slightly. Red in any fabric or imprint is not color fast. Heavy red imprints may run, add a dash of salt to the wash to help colors stay. Rewash if necessary.
