POLICIES Personalized Mouse-pads are Designed with your photo, logo or artwork to be used and enjoyed. They are made with a white polyester top and rubber bottom for non stick. A sublimation Print Process is used to transfer your image on to the Mouse Pad. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge. Mouse pads are printed according to the orientation of your photo. (tall or wide) Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 3-5 days except during heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased.
