PRODUCT POLICIES

Personalized Mugs are designed with your photo, logo or artwork to be used.
They are white ceramic.  A sublimation Print Process is used to transfer your image on to the mug. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge.  Mugs are dishwasher resistant in residential dishwashers, however, hand washing is recommended for longevity of image quality.

Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 days except during heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc.

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Again, the better the graphic you send us, the better the imprint. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded.

Notes:  Hand Washing is recommended as prolonged dishwasher use can fade the image.
