PRODUCT POLICIESPersonalized Photo Mugs are designed with your photo, logo or artwork to be used
They are white ceramic. A sublimation Print Process is used to transfer your image on to the mug. The better the graphic you
send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge. Mugs are dishwasher.
Turn-Around Time: Estimated Production Time is 3-5 business days. During The Holiday and Heavy Volume Season, that estimate might be extended. Package travel time is additional to production time and
is dependant on where you are located and what shipping method you choose. Please check our
shipping map for a general idea of freight traveling time. Place event dated orders early and be sure to let us know if you need this item by a special date so we may ensure timely delivery.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must
be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Again, the better the
