We are not responsible for delays at the manufacturing plant. Please place holiday or occasion dated orders early. If you need this item by a special date, you must let us know! Once your order is placed it
is immediately put into processing with the mfg. Orders
cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure accuracy

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can
