Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 working days

. except during heavy volume seasons when productions times
may be extended please place holiday or occasion dated
orders early. Once your order is placed it is immediately
put into processing with the mfg. Orders cannot be cancelled
or changed. Please ensure accuracy before finalizing your

Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can
be exchanged for an identical item with the same
personalization. However, a claim must be made with the
