heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc. production time may be
extended. If you need your Pencil Case by a special date please be sure to let
us know. Orders placed for pencil cases along with pencils will ship
after pencil production which is longer than pencil case production.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be
exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization.
However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not
