better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra
charge. Do not use Bleach or Fabric Softener
Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 5-7 days. During heavy volume
seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc, this processing time may be
extended. I f you need your bag by a special date please be sure
to let us know
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be
exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However,
a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible
