Once your order is placed, it is put into process and cannot be changed
or cancelled, please review your cart carefully for accuracy prior to

Machine Wash Line dry if possible. Machine dry will cause
shrinkage to size, however, personalization stays beautiful..
Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 2-3 weeks
direct from mfg except during peek season Please place holiday
orders early.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be
exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization.
However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not
responsible for misspelled names, incomplete information, or for wrong
