Pot Holders are Designed with your photo, logo or artwork or desired design They are machine-washable in cold water. Dry Flat recommended. Do not use bleach or bleach alternative or fabric softener. These personalized items are made using a sublimation print process with your photo/logo artwork. The better the graphic you send, the better the imprint. Text can be added to your imprint at no extra charge. Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 7-14 days except during heavy volume seasons, Holidays, Back To School, etc. Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our error), incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. Please double check the shopping cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded.
