Scrabble Tiles
are designed to be worn and enjoyed
Being a natural material, the
wooden Scrabble tile may show wear, especially the Key rings. The
Scrabble jewelry should not be exposed to water.
Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in
1-3 days depending on letter availability, If you need your scrabble
jewelry by a certain date please be sure to let us know.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged
for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must
be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for incomplete
information, or for wrong items purchased. Please double check the shopping
cart for accuracy before submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be
returned or refunded. However, Scrabble tiles can be exchanged when
authorized by our office. Return and re-order Freight Charges are at the
expense of the customer. Returns must be shipped back within 48 hours of
receipt in original packaging unused and in perfect condition. When the
return is received the new tile will be re-sent.

History of Scrabble...
Originally developed by Alfred Butts in 1931 under the name Lexico, the
game we now know as Scrabble has seen many stages in its
evolution. Butts analyzed the front page of the New York Times,
and based the value of the letters on their frequency of occurrence.
In 1948 with the help of James Brunot, the game was simplified both in
rules and construction, and the name " Scrabble" was
adopted. It was another four years before things really took off
though: In 1952, Jack Strauss, president of Macy's, discovered Scrabble
while on vacation. From there, Scrabble was launched into homes
across the globe, and has become an internationally recognized icon. |
