PRODUCT POLICIES
Sports Frames are designed with your sport,
team
name and year.
This is a wood engraved product and should not be submerged in water. Photos are
inserted by you.
Turn-Around Time: Normally ships in 14-21 Days
direct from mfg except during peek Holiday season. Please place holiday orders
early. We are not responsibly for delays at the MFG plant. If you need your frame/insert by a certain date, please be sure to
inform us so we can check with the MFG to insure timely delivery.
Guarantee: Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an
identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made
with the freight carrier within 24 hours of receipt. Claims of defect
must be made to us via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt. We are not responsible for misspelled names,
(unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong item purchased. Check all information for
accuracy prior to submitting order. Personalized Products cannot be
returned or refunded.
